This notice explains how Codiot Technologies LLP (“Introvelle”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit introvelle.com. It covers this website only. How the Introvelle product handles your contacts is described in your customer agreement and on our Security page.

What we collect, and why
When you book a demo
We collect your name, work email, company, team size, CRM and any message you add. We use them to arrange and run your demo and to follow up about Introvelle. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. The request is emailed to our sales team and kept in our website logs.
Analytics, only with your consent
If you select Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics then sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address, device and browser. The legal basis is your consent. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with (also in the footer); declining removes the analytics cookies already set.
Technical data
Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Cookies and similar storage
- Your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage (
iv-consent-v1) so we don't ask again. It is not sent to us. - Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand_ga_*) are set only after you accept. They last up to two years unless you decline or clear them.
We do not use advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it for us:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and delivery of demo-request emails.
- Google: Google Analytics, only if you consent.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-request details for as long as we need them to arrange the demo and follow up. If no business relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email sales@codiot.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
