In Salesforce
Introvelle is a native Salesforce app. It installs from AppExchange and runs entirely inside your org, including OCR and the AI summary, so your data never leaves Salesforce. The Contacts it creates are stored in Salesforce under your existing access controls.
In Microsoft Dynamics 365
Introvelle integrates directly with Dynamics 365 and creates Contacts there. We will share the full data flow for your tenant during your demo.
The AI summary
The company summary is written from the company's public website. It is always labelled as AI and shows its source, so reps can check it before relying on it.
The open API
API access is authenticated with a key you control. Details of retention and processing will be published with the API reference.
